At Coruscate Jewels, we are committed to ensuring that your favourite jewellery pieces reach you safely and on time. Please read our shipping policy to understand how your orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.

📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
  • Orders placed after 5 PM IST will be processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation email or SMS once your order has been dispatched.

🚚 Shipping Timeline

We ship via trusted courier partners such as Delhivery, Xpressbees, DTDC, and others.

🌍 Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship across India.
  • International shipping is currently not available.

💰 Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping on all prepaid orders any value.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD) is available on orders up to ₹ 1000 with an additional fee of ₹60.

📤 Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email and/or SMS with your tracking number.
  • You can track your order on our website or via the courier partner’s tracking portal.

🚫 Undeliverable Packages / Delays

  • In case a package is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, repeated failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
  • Refunds (if applicable) will be issued after deducting shipping and return charges.

All our jewelry is packed with great care using:

  • Anti-tarnish bags or pouches
  • Bubble wrap for cushioning
  • Tamper-proof shipping bags or rigid boxes for added protection

We ensure your jewellery is delivered safe, secure, and beautiful — ready to wear or gift.
