🔁 Returns & Cancellations Policy

At Coruscate Jewels, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our imitation jewelry. Each piece is carefully checked, packed properly before dispatch and dispatched through renowned courier facilities. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, we’re here to help.

A Restocking fee of 10% will be deducted from your refund/store credits for returned items unless the return is due to a defect or an error on our part. It will cover the cost of processing the return, inspecting the item, repackaging, and updating our inventory.

🔄 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received a wrong item
  • The product was damaged in transit
  • The item is defective or incomplete

To be eligible:

  • You must raise a return request within 7 days of delivery
  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories and tags intact
  • You must provide photo/video evidence within the 7-day return window

🚫 Non-Returnable Conditions

  • Returns are not accepted for reasons related to preference, size, or look
  • Returns for bulk or wholesale orders are strictly not allowed
  • We do not differentiate return policies for different jewellery category — the above conditions apply to all

💳 Refunds & Store Credit

We do not offer monetary refunds.

All approved returns will be compensated via store credit only, which you can use on future purchases at Coruscate Jewels.

  • COD orders will also be refunded via store credit
  • Store credits are issued within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the return


🚚 Return Shipping

  • Return shipping is arranged by Coruscate Jewels
  • If return pickup is not serviceable at your location, we may request you to self-ship the item, and we’ll reimburse you via store credit (upon valid courier receipt)

❌ Cancellations Policy

We do not allow cancellations once an order has been placed and paid, regardless of shipping status. Please review your cart carefully before confirming your purchase.

Please raise your return request at below link  within 7 days of delivery.

  • Order ID
  • Reason for Return
  • Description of the issue in notes
  • Supporting photos/videos which includes pictures of product and all tags on below email ID
